Everyone’s talking about ‘fermented foods’!
For good reason – they’re tasty and nutritious but actually very easy to make yourself.
Come along to this hands-on workshop and learn to make your own delicious pro-biotic drinks and tasty fermented vegetables.
You’ll hear about gut health and experience the simple equipment and recipes required to brew kefirs and kombucha.
You’ll put on your own batch of delicious sauerkraut and learn about fermenting other vegetables.
You’ll have a folder of recipes plus your choice of cultures to take home (milk kefir grains, water kefir grains, kombucha scobies). And we’ll taste a few things along the way…
Classes are limited to 6 people.
