As busy women we all groan when we hear the question “What’s for dinner?”

What if you knew the answer and could also tell them what is for dinner for the rest of the week, and also to be able to add and this is what we are having for lunch as well. How good would that feel?

So let’s take 2 hours with friends and like-minded women to plan “What’s for dinner?” and be able to answer the question without that feeling of dread. As a bonus you will get some healthy advice around food and discover some new recipes to add into your repertoire.

Aim: Let’s have fun together creating a weekly to monthly meal plan that will take the stress out of  dinner time.

Objective: To create an individualised family meal plan and shopping list for 1 week or more.

– Learn how to tweak recipes to keep them healthy.
– Feel and be organised.
– Be organised when you shop from a list which consequently takes less time and saves money. 
– Eat and feed your family healthy meals by being organised.
